• Booking is essential and your voucher code must be quoted at time of booking.
• Vouchers must be presented on arrival (no photocopies or screenshots accepted).
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We regret that we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be used as a deposit against a booking.
• No change or credit can be given for an unused portion of any voucher.
• Normal reservation and cancellation policies apply.
• The specified validity date cannot be extended.
• Lunch Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed on Mothering Sunday, Easter Sunday, Festive Lunch, Reopening Lunch or any other Bank Holiday Sunday.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
• Trefeddian Hotel reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time.
